Sr Solution Advisor

For our client, a leader in the Healthcare space, we are seeking a Sr Solution Advisor to join their team. This role will lead operational priorities focused on execution quality, efficiency, safety, and measurable performance outcomes. You will collaborate with field leadership, support functions, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve accountability, service delivery, and operational consistency. The position offers the opportunity to influence operational scale, customer outcomes, and organizational performance within a healthcare environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Responsibilities

• Ensure clients derive maximum value from company value analysis tools
• Identify value sources and obstacles in client operations using supply chain expertise
• Implement strategies to boost user adoption and satisfaction with solutions
• Act as a knowledgeable advisor on best practices and industry standards
• Collaborate with the value analysis services team to manage client requests efficiently
• Create scalable content resources for clients, including guides and best practices
• Support value analysis initiatives through content development and market engagement at conferences

Qualifications

• 8+ years in hospital strategic sourcing or value analysis leadership (or consultancy) with a focus on innovative practices
• Strong project management and collaboration skills with various stakeholders
• Proven ability to diagnose issues, formulate solutions, and implement them effectively
• Skillful in influencing and conveying complex concepts to senior health system leaders
• Team-oriented with a proactive, action-driven mindset
• Adaptability to thrive in a rapidly changing growth environment
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year institution
• Willingness to travel to client locations (30-40% travel when safe)

Pay

$98,000 – $130,500 annually
