Sr. Solutions Consultant

For our client, we are seeking a Sr. Solutions Consultant to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology space. This role will partner closely with sales and cross-functional teams to guide enterprise prospects through complex buying decisions. The focus is on uncovering customer needs, translating technical capabilities into clear business value, and shaping solution strategies that support revenue growth. You will also help influence go-to-market conversations through discovery, workshops, demos, and proof-of-concept engagements. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $121,000 – $201,000 annually Responsibilities Act as a trusted advisor during sales cycles to build confidence in the company’s products Lead discovery sessions to identify client goals and challenges Research prospects' go-to-market strategies to uncover business opportunities Design and present tailored solutions showcasing the platform’s value Facilitate workshops and proof-of-concept engagements to demonstrate solution fit Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling demos and solution architectures Translate complex platform capabilities into business value for various audiences Stay updated on industry trends to inform client conversations Qualifications 5+ years in solutions consulting or sales engineering at a SaaS company with enterprise clients Deep expertise in marketing technology, customer experience, or digital transformation Experience guiding clients through structured problem-solving frameworks Familiarity with CRM, Marketing Automation, Social Media Management, and CCaaS platforms Strong storytelling and presentation skills for diverse audiences Thought leader with contributions to industry discussions Open to feedback and committed to continuous learning Demonstrates empathy and builds trust quickly Benefits 401k plan with 100% vested company contributions Flexible paid time off and holidays Generous caregiver and parental leaves Life and disability insurance Health benefits including medical, dental, vision, and prescription drug coverage Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
