Description
- Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Build trusted relationships with customers through discovery workshops and develop a complete understanding of their business processes, initiatives, challenges, and objectives.
- Collaborate with customers and partners to design tailored solutions, drive value, and ensure a positive return on investment.
- Deliver demonstrations and presentations of Trintech solutions to customers and partners.
- Take an active advisory role during sales cycles, providing sales teams with solution knowledge and industry best practices.
- Develop domain expertise (process, product, and industry) and act as an expert within Trintech, taking a leading role within our SC Community.
- Provide feedback and collaborate with the broader go-to-market organization to develop and deliver effective sales strategies.
- Contribute to the development of sales collateral and internal enablement courses.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or a related field.
- 2-4 years’ experience in analytical customer-facing roles, such as Solution Consulting or Management Consulting.
- Strong understanding of financial close and reconciliation process.
- Experience working in the Office of Accounting or Finance preferred.
- Technical background; familiar with selling enterprise solutions, preferably in the accounting and financial close software industry.
- Strong presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Able to think strategically and develop creative solutions.
- Certified accountant or similar professional certification preferred.
- Experience with Accounting and Financial processes preferred.
