Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Lead your team to drive the success of the property
- Be enthusiastic and creative, knowing what drives the market and your sales team
- Maintain a professional and friendly atmosphere in the leasing office and other areas
- Be an inspector, ensuring tours and models look their best
- Maintain awareness of local market conditions and trends
- Contribute ideas to the Property Manager for marketing property and improving resident satisfaction
- Maintain professional resident communications via verbal and written means
- Provide excellent customer service to all prospective, existing residents and team members
- Show exceptional administrative skills with attention to detail
Qualifications
- At least two years of transferable experience in customer service
- Able to adapt to new technologies
- Proficient in writing, speaking, and understanding the English language
- Fun, energetic personality
