Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Lead your team to drive the success of the property
  • Be enthusiastic and creative, knowing what drives the market and your sales team
  • Maintain a professional and friendly atmosphere in the leasing office and other areas
  • Be an inspector, ensuring tours and models look their best
  • Maintain awareness of local market conditions and trends
  • Contribute ideas to the Property Manager for marketing property and improving resident satisfaction
  • Maintain professional resident communications via verbal and written means
  • Provide excellent customer service to all prospective, existing residents and team members
  • Show exceptional administrative skills with attention to detail

Qualifications

  • At least two years of transferable experience in customer service
  • Able to adapt to new technologies
  • Proficient in writing, speaking, and understanding the English language
  • Fun, energetic personality
