• Maintaining a professional and friendly atmosphere in the leasing office and other areas where prospective residents and residents gather
• Inspecting tour routes and models to ensure they look their best
• Maintaining awareness of local market conditions and trends
• Contributing ideas to the Property Manager for marketing property and improving resident satisfaction
• Maintaining professional resident communications via verbal and written communications
• Providing excellent customer service to all prospective, existing residents and your team members
• Holding exceptional administrative skills with attention to detail

Qualifications

• At least two years of transferable experience in customer service
• The ability to adapt to new technologies
• Proficiency in writing, speaking, and understanding the English language
• Having fun and having energy

Pay

The expected salary range for this California position is between $22 and $24. The actual compensation will be determined based on experience and other factors permitted by law.
