Sr. Recruiter

Long-term contract opportunity for an experienced Senior Recruiter in a hybrid role (3 days in office, 2 days remote) based in Irvine, CA near the Irvine Spectrum.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding support.
• Handle 15-30 open requisitions at a time.
• Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, employee referrals, networking, and other sourcing channels.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and provide guidance throughout the recruitment process.
• Identify, engage, and attract top talent across multiple functional areas.
• Create and present offer packages, negotiate compensation, and successfully close candidates.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruiting activity within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), JazzHR.
• Ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Support recruiting efforts across Operations, Sales, Customer Service, Corporate Functions, Finance, and other professional-level positions.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing the full recruitment lifecycle.
• Strong sourcing and talent acquisition skills with experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and other recruiting platforms.
• Experience negotiating compensation and closing candidates.
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), preferably JazzHR.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions and prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment.
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills.
