Sr. Recruiter

Key Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruitment for Development Science positions—including sourcing, pre-screening, presenting a diverse slate of candidates, and efficiently managing 20+ open requisitions.
• Develop recruiting reports, track market trends, and present hiring metrics to leadership.
• Serve as a consultative talent advisor to hiring managers and team leaders.
• Update and manage SmartRecruiter ATS, ensuring data integrity and compliance with all applicable laws and company policies.
• Prepare and approve offer packages by providing competitive market analysis and recommendations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required. 7+ years of recruiting experience preferred.
• Proven expertise in sourcing candidates using a variety of tools and methods.
• Experience recruiting within the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry is strongly preferred.
• Familiarity with SmartRecruiter or similar ATS platforms preferred.
• Exceptional business presence with the ability to build relationships, provide insights, and influence hiring decisions.
