Sr. Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead project meetings and maintain master project budgets and timelines
• Prepare project reports and coordinate drawing reviews during all project phases
• Oversee the selection and contracting of consultants and construction teams
• Review project requisitions, change orders, and invoices
• Participate in marketing and presentation of services to clients
• Manage the performance and activities of Project Managers and support staff
• Report major project issues and recommend solutions to senior management

Qualifications

• B.S. Degree in Engineering, Architecture or related area required
• 7+ years of engineering/construction project management experience
• 2+ years of supervisory experience in project management
• Strong understanding of government laws and regulations
• Ability to travel up to 50% of the time
