Responsibilities
- Lead project meetings and maintain master project budgets and timelines
- Prepare project reports and coordinate drawing reviews during all project phases
- Oversee the selection and contracting of consultants and construction teams
- Review project requisitions, change orders, and invoices
- Participate in marketing and presentation of services to clients
- Manage the performance and activities of Project Managers and support staff
- Report major project issues and recommend solutions to senior management
Qualifications
- B.S. Degree in Engineering, Architecture or related area required
- 7+ years of engineering/construction project management experience
- 2+ years of supervisory experience in project management
- Strong understanding of government laws and regulations
- Ability to travel up to 50% of the time
