Responsibilities
- Own the vendor relationships, programs, and review tied to keeping Refrigeration and Food assets optimized at nearly 2,000 stores.
- Own the Field strategy and relationship to improve knowledge, process, capabilities, and local vendor management.
- Drive new internal technologies and tools that transform how Property Management and partner teams engage with vendors.
- Make decisions that align with Target’s expectations for reducing overall expense, increasing asset uptime performance, and maintaining the overall brand and guest experience for Target Stores.
- Leverage and stretch your skills, whether your focus is electrical and plumbing, fire and security, smart buildings, HVAC and refrigeration, waste management and recycling, donations programs, or energy utility expense management.
- Build strong partnerships while holding vendors accountable to service levels.
- Balance store/field needs with enterprise strategy, financial discipline, and vendor performance standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree, BA/BS
- Minimum 3 years business experience
- Effective verbal, presentation, and written communication skills
- Experience managing multiple projects, 3rd party vendors, or contracts
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and reasoning abilities
- Ability to influence others, maximize relationships, and lead through change

Pay
The pay range is $73,000.00 - $132,000.00 Pay is based on several factors which vary based on position. These include labor markets and in some instances may include education, work experience and certifications.
Schedule
This position will operate as a Hybrid/Flex for Your Day work arrangement based on Target’s needs. A Hybrid/Flex for Your Day work arrangement means the team member’s core role will need to be performed both onsite at the Target HQ MN location the role is assigned to and virtually, depending upon what your role, team and tasks require for that day. Work duties cannot be performed outside of the country of the primary work location, unless otherwise prescribed by Target.
