Sr Property Manager

Responsibilities

• Provide great customer service to our residents
• Oversight of a site management team and maintenance staff
• Collaborate with site staff and other team members within the organization

Requirements

• Experience in affordable housing assets (5 years or more)
• Managing a team of direct reports
• Experience in supervising a large portfolio of affordable housing assets
• Tax credit experience

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Associates Degree (60 or more college credits) required
• 5 years experience managing affordable residential rental properties
• Supervisory experience of 5 or more staff

Skills

• Knowledge of Yardi software
• On Site, Site Comply, other Database software
• Order processing systems
• Excel Spreadsheet
• Knowledge of HUD and LIHTC rent and income calculation formulas, eligibility rules
