Responsibilities

• Oversight of daily operations of multiple retail shopping centers.
• Conduct property inspections and manage maintenance programs.
• Development and management of annual operating budgets.
• Coordination with vendors and negotiation of service contracts.
• Mentor junior staff and collaboration with internal teams.

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in commercial property management.
• Experience with multi-tenant retail properties.
• Strong financial and budgeting skills.
• Excellent vendor management and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in property management software and office productivity tools.

Pay

$80,000 - $90,000 per year
