Sr Program Account Manager (Remote)
About the role
We are looking for a Senior Program Account Manager (Sr PAM) to oversee high-profile client accounts. This role requires ownership of client relationship management, rigorous project execution, and leadership skills.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for senior-level client stakeholders, building strong rapport and driving both strategic and tactical communications.
- Understand business goals and objectives, ensuring that HALO’s full suite of capabilities is leveraged to meet expectations and deliver solutions.
- Identify opportunities for revenue generation and client experience improvements, developing and presenting actionable plans.
- Oversee end-to-end execution of complex e-commerce and event-based programs including mapping out marketing, production and event calendars; project execution and fulfillment management; quarterly and annual business reviews.
- Own deliverables on timelines, budgets, resources and cross-functional team coordination.
- Extrapolate analytical insights from data and reporting, incorporating into informed decision making around product assortment, webstore functionality and marketing engagement.
- Maintain strict discipline around following SOPs, adhering to documentation and process requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Experience in the promotional products industry or a similar field is required; retail ops experience strongly preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in account management, with a proven ability to lead end-to-end project lifecycle for e-commerce and retail ops initiatives, from initiation and planning through execution, monitoring, control and closure.
- Expert project management and strong leadership skills required.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present to senior-level clients.
- Demonstrated success in driving business growth, managing budgets, and delivering results.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software (e.g., Monday, Smartsheet, or similar tools).
- Domestic travel required 3-5 times a year
Qualifications
While a Master’s degree is not required, it is preferred. Additionally, candidates must have a strong understanding of the promotional products industry and possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Pay
The estimated base salary range for this position is between $65,000 - $80,000 annually. Please note that this pay range serves as a general guideline and reflects a broad spectrum of labor markets across the US. While it is uncommon for candidates to be hired at or near the top of the range, compensation decisions are influenced by various factors. At HALO, these include, but are not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the role, the candidate's work experience, location, education and training, key skills, internal equity, external market data, and broader market and business considerations.
