Sr. Product & Customer Insights Manager, Customer Experience and Business Trends

About the role

The Customer Experience and Business Trends (CXBT) team is dedicated to deeply understanding and improving customer experience globally. This role plays a crucial part in shaping the future of our selling partners' experience.

Responsibilities

• Discover, track, and evaluate global industry trends
• Translate complex business problems into analysis requirements and create hypotheses
• Own and execute large and complex studies end to end, including scope alignment with business leaders, methodology design, data collection and analysis, recommendations and presenting results to senior leaders
• Work with business leaders and their teams to drive growth, process, and cost efficiency improvements through study results
• Create and contribute to team roadmap by synthesizing business priorities, selling partner needs, and industry trends
• Contribute to a team culture of experimentation and innovation

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent 5+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience
• Experience working across functional teams and senior stakeholders
• Experience in quantitative and qualitative research
• Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition

• The ability to understand the business context behind the data while continuously striving to identify actionable insights
• A strong sense of curiosity and creativity to innovate new methodologies and mechanisms to better understand selling partners

• The ability to make recommendations to senior leaders and partner with business leaders in developing business actions that directly impact our selling partners

Pay

Base salary range for this position is $136,000.00 - $184,100.00 USD annually
