Sr Mgr Analytics Consulting (Remote)

This role will turn data into practical insight that improves visibility, decision-making, and business performance. You will partner with business, technical, and operational stakeholders to build reporting, surface trends, and translate analysis into action within a regulated financial services environment.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage activities of analysts providing business intelligence support
• Lead initiatives to analyze complex business problems using various data sources
• Identify and produce actionable recommendations based on data analysis
• Advise the business with data-driven strategic directions to address issues and opportunities
• Ensure alignment of policies and procedures with corporate vision
• Select, develop, and evaluate personnel to ensure efficient function operations

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Math, Actuarial Science, Business Statistics, Accounting, or Finance, or 4 years of equivalent experience
• 7 years experience interfacing with external clients, large employers, brokers, or consultants (pharmacy experience excluded)
• 7 years experience interfacing with internal stakeholders and/or external clients (pharmacy experience only)
• 7 years experience in data analysis and reporting related to healthcare data
• 4 years of leadership experience, including 2 years in a management position
• Knowledge of healthcare benefits, terminology, and insurance economies
• Proficiency in quantitative and qualitative standards and statistical measures

Pay

$121,200 – $225,200 annually
