Sr Mgr, Partner Solution Consulting (Cybersecurity)
Job Description
Develop our overall strategy for engaging and ensuring the success of our Partner ecosystem, as it relates to presales, enablement and environments.
Define roles and responsibilities for the Partner SE Team and recruit and manage the proper qualified resources for each role.
Manage the team and process for engaging with them and ensure proper tracking, measuring the KPI’s.
Lead and advocate for the Armis Partner model.
Engage and collaborate with internal counterparts at ServiceNow, as well as with the entire Direct Partner Team and extended Partner Team.
Create process for assigning environments to Partners, including Demo, Lab and Prototype instances. Ensure the usage is monitored and tracked.
Build relationships with Partner counterparts ensuring Armis is top of mind for partners.
Report via QBR’s on the performance of the team KPI’s as well as Partner execution.
Serve as the escalation point for any technical questions or issues that our Partners have.
Attend and be executive technical presence at internal and external events.
Collaborate with the Direct SE’s and Leadership to ensure alignment, compliance and enablement of the team.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 10 years working at Cyber Security vendor in a Presales capacity.
- Minimum 4 years managing a Parter Presales Team focused on GSI, CSP and Security Resellers and Technology Partners.
- Must have relationships and knowledge of our Partners including: Accenture, Deloitte, KPMG, AWS, Google and Cyber Security Technology and Resell Partners.
- Strong technical knowledge of Cyber landscape, vendors and how Armis / ServiceNow fits into this.
- Ability to handle performing demonstrations and answering questions about our solutions.
- Excellent leadership and presentation skills.
- Understanding and experience working in a complex, high growth, matrixed organization.
- Sales acumen and full knowledge of sales cycles and how Partners interact in each stage.
Pay
For positions in this location, we offer a base pay of $168,750 - $210,000, plus equity (when applicable), variable/incentive compensation and benefits.
