This role will lead operational priorities focused on execution quality, efficiency, safety, and measurable performance outcomes. You will collaborate with field leadership, support functions, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve accountability, service delivery, and operational consistency. The position offers the opportunity to influence operational scale, customer outcomes, and organizational performance within the Aerospace & Defense environment.

Responsibilities

• Drive processes to completion for timely deliveries
• Increase operational efficiencies for program success
• Operate independently and escalate issues when needed
• Process both strategic and tactical tasks
• Influence decisions across program leadership
• Collaborate in a cross-functional team environment
• Manage conflicting priorities with supplier managers
• Assess suppliers' capabilities against deliverables

Requirements

• University degree or equivalent experience
• 10+ years relevant experience, or advanced degree with 7+ years relevant experience
• Experience leading or participating in cross-functional teams

Pay

$132,400 – $251,600 annually
