Mgr, Supply Chain Mgmt - Remote

About the role

This role will lead operational priorities focused on execution quality, efficiency, safety, and measurable performance outcomes. You will collaborate with field leadership, support functions, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve accountability, service delivery, and operational consistency. The position offers the opportunity to influence operational scale, customer outcomes, and organizational performance within the Aerospace & Defense environment.

Location: Remote – US-based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Program Management and Integrated Product Teams for program delivery support
• Develop and implement material strategies that align with customer and program needs
• Generate Requests for Proposals/Quotes to suppliers
• Prepare for and support gate review processes
• Assist with prime contract proposal activities and supplier engagement
• Process supplier proposals and manage purchase orders
• Lead negotiations related to material with suppliers and customers

Requirements

• University degree or equivalent experience with 8 years relevant experience, or advanced degree with 5 years experience
• Proficiency in MRP/ERP systems and equivalent manufacturing programs
• Must be a U.S. Citizen with the ability to obtain and maintain government-issued security clearance

Pay

$107,500 – $204,500 annually
