About the Role
As the Supply Chain Operations Advisor at Collins Aerospace, you will serve as the primary supply chain interface for the integrated program/product team for an assigned portfolio of programs/products. This lead individual contributor role ensures material enablement for operations through close collaboration with commodity procurement teams, drives supply chain performance, and supports customer delivery. You will act as the lead supply chain liaison across programs and operations, enabling seamless execution of production and business objectives.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Program, Operations, and Supply Chain teams, serving as the lead supply chain liaison for the business.
- Partner closely with commodity procurement teams to ensure material enablement and support on-time customer delivery commitments.
- Participate in key business forums such as Tier meetings, Gemba walks, PMTs (Customer/Product), and other operational reviews; communicate and report on end-to-end supply chain status, risks, and recovery plans.
- Track, analyze, and work with commodity supply chain teams to improve core supply chain performance metrics (OTD, lead time, past-due reduction, etc.).
- Participate in SIOP processes and drive actions related to long-range and short-range supplier rate readiness through coordination with commodity procurement.
- Lead annual planning activities, including SFP, AOP, inventory planning, standard cost, and PPV analysis.
- Identify and mitigate supply chain risks, escalate critical issues proactively, and support development of recovery and continuity plans.
- Provide strategic input to supplier management, procurement strategies, and operations planning based on business needs and supply chain insights.
- Support continuous improvement activities that enhance supply chain efficiency, communication flow, and operational readiness.
- Travel up to 25% of the time.
Requirements
- University Degree and minimum 10 years of prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 7 years of experience.
- 3+ years of experience in supply chain with vendor management.
- Experience with SAP.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.).
- Ability to communicate and present to all levels of the organization.

- Experience with risk assessment, mitigation, and performance management.
- Experience with SIOP and material management.
- Delivery assurance experience.
- Project management experience.
- Aerospace industry experience.

Pay
The salary range for this role is $132,400 – $251,600 USD. Hired applicants may be eligible for annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs, depending on role level and performance.
