About the role

As a Sr. Manager, Wealth Advisor at Schwab Wealth Advisory, you will manage complex client relationships, deliver holistic financial planning, and provide tailored investment guidance. This role requires a proven track record in leading client interactions, managing financial plans, and collaborating with an experienced advisory team.

Responsibilities

• Manage and deepen client relationships through advanced discovery and sensitive conversations
• Develop and communicate holistic financial plans for high-complexity scenarios
• Collaborate with an advisory team to support clients through complex financial decisions
• Ensure service consistency and follow-through on multi-workstream client needs
• Translate sophisticated planning and investment concepts into clear, tailored guidance

Requirements

• CFP® designation or CFA® designation
• Bachelor’s degree
• Active FINRA Series 7 license - obtainable within 120 days
• Active FINRA Series 66 license (or equivalent) - obtainable within 120 days

Qualifications
