About the role
The Senior Manager of the Advisor Services Offer Development team leads projects focused on driving the strategic design and execution of new initiatives for the business. This role partners with functional leaders across Advisor Services and Schwab to assess strategic opportunities and investments, scope and model potential client and business outcomes, bring new offers to market, and incubate new programs.
Responsibilities

- Partner with functional leaders across Advisor Services and Schwab to drive initiatives
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- 10+ years of experience in management consulting, business strategy, offer management, program management, project management, and/or strategic execution roles
- 2+ years of experience within the Registered Investment Advisor (RIA) and/or Wealth Management industry
- Demonstrated success in developing strategic points of view (POVs), building compelling business cases, and leading large-scale, complex go-to-market initiatives from strategy through execution
- Proven ability to drive cross-functional alignment and deliver strategic initiatives that achieve measurable business outcomes
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, a related field; or equivalent experience preferred

- Can manage trade-offs and make decisions with less-than-perfect information

- Strong communication and partnership skills
- Positive attitude, enthusiasm, partnership and professionalism, and strong work ethic with high level of integrity and ethics
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft suite including Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Copilot
