About the role
The Senior Manager, Offer Management at Schwab helps own and execute the vision for Digital Wealth Solutions, focusing on expanding access to financial planning for all. This role involves building, managing, and evolving representative and client experiences in financial planning and other specialty wealth services.
Responsibilities
- Build, manage, and evolve representative and client experiences in financial planning and other specialty wealth services.
- Drive development and launch of new features and programs, especially those related to AI.
- Work closely with and report to the Director for Financial Planning.
- Own and progress the financial planning offering, including end-to-end design, development, and launch of new features and programs.
- Collaborate with partners in risk & governance, product, field enablement, and more to build trust and communicate effectively.
- Facilitate meetings and working sessions to drive efficient issue identification, creative problem solving, and effective decision-making across partner teams and with team leaders.
- Develop and deliver clear, compelling presentations for senior leadership to influence the strategic direction of key experiences.
- Build credibility and trust to cultivate and nurture strong partnerships with cross-enterprise business partners, stakeholders, executives, vendor contacts, and client-facing representatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree (BA/BS) required.
- A passion for understanding how AI can serve the financial planning needs of clients.
- Strong problem-solving, project management, and program management skills.
- Strong ability to shepherd efforts through the full spectrum of risk/legal/compliance/supervision forums.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to visualize program design & delivery holistically across multiple time horizons.
- Exceptional communication, relationship management, and influencing skills; strong emotional intelligence and executive presence.
- Thrives on building strong authentic relationships on the team and across the organization.
- Expertise in financial planning topics preferred.
- Certified Financial Planner (CFP) preferred.

Skills
- Generative AI integration in financial planning experiences.
- Design and manage go-to-market and implementation plans for financial planning and other key wealth management experiences.
- Effective communication and relationship management with cross-enterprise business partners, stakeholders, executives, vendor contacts, and client-facing representatives.
