Sr Manager, Offer Management

About the role

The Senior Manager, Offer Management at Schwab is responsible for building, managing, and evolving representative and client experiences in financial planning and other specialty wealth services. This role involves overseeing the end-to-end design, development, and launch of new features and programs, especially those related to AI.

Responsibilities

• Build, manage, and evolve representative and client experiences in financial planning and other specialty wealth services.
• Identify client needs and shepherd risk reviews.
• Drive development and launch of new features and programs.
• Work closely with and report to the Director for Financial Planning.
• Collaborate with partners in risk & governance, product, field enablement, and more.
• Facilitate meetings and working sessions to drive efficient issue identification, creative problem solving, and effective decision-making.
• Develop and deliver clear, compelling presentations for senior leadership.
• Build strong authentic relationships on the team and across the organization.
• Shape the strategic direction of key experiences.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Strong problem-solving, project management, and program management skills.
• Strong ability to shepherd efforts through the full spectrum of risk/legal/compliance/supervision forums.
• Strategic mindset with the ability to visualize program design & delivery holistically across multiple time horizons.
• Exceptional communication, relationship management, and influencing skills; strong emotional intelligence and executive presence.
• Expertise in financial planning topics preferred.
• Certified Financial Planner (CFP) preferred.

Qualifications

• Passion for understanding how AI can serve the financial planning needs of clients.
• Exceptional organization skills and the ability to keep self and others informed of and prepared for key milestones on offer roadmaps.
