Sr Manager, Sales Operations - Image Guided Therapy Devices (Plymouth MN; Colorado Springs CO)
About the role
This role involves leading and executing high-impact strategies to enhance sales performance and operational excellence for the IGT Devices portfolio. Reporting directly to the Director of Go to Market Strategy, the responsibilities include overseeing data operations, managing territory and roster processes, and enabling reporting.
Responsibilities
- Oversee IGTD North America’s data operations, including enrichment and cleansing of customer master data, territory and roster tracking, and integration of third-party datasets.
- Partner with marketing and cross-functional partners to identify and operationalize third-party data inputs into IGTD use cases, and integrate into data lakes, reporting platforms, and offline reports.
- Manage IGTD sales territory processes, including orchestrating the territory design process, operationalizing sales roster and territory assignments via Anaplan, and co-executing the territory design with sales excellence partners using the Javelin territory designer tool.
- Lead IGTD reporting enablement by translating existing "offline, Excel-based reports" into cloud platforms, gathering and translating business user requirements, automating and improving remaining offline reports, training field and HQ employees, and establishing robust quality control measures.
- Execute ad-hoc analytics and run-the-business activities to maximize IGTD performance.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.
- MBA degree, preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in sales operations and/or an analytical data-driven/data management role.
- Experience with Qlik, Power BI, Salesforce.com, and Python or similar technologies.
- People leadership experience, strongly preferred.

Pay
The pay range for this position in Plymouth, MN and Colorado Springs, CO is $112,000 to $210,000. The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.
Schedule
This is an office role. Employees are required to work at least 3 days per week in the company's facilities. Field roles are typically performed outside the company's main facilities, generally at the customers' or suppliers' locations.
