Responsibilities

  • Achieving sales of all applicable disposable products and services in assigned territory;
  • Assisting in advancing revenue and market position;
  • Keeping tabs on new products in assigned subject area and of current and future company products;
  • Managing activity, development, and launch-product goals with Clinical Specialist partners and Market Development Managers;
  • Developing skills in clinical acumen, sales ability, and leadership through collaboration with Regional Sales Manager and the Training Department;
  • Pricing and promoting products to customers;
  • Partnering with customer contacts across the hospital or clinic, and discovering new opportunities for product expansion.

Requirements

  • Acquired 5+ years of experience including a successful track record in customer relationship and account management within the industry segment;
  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business or a related field, or equivalent education/experience;
  • Strong clinical and technical knowledge, with the confidence to knowledgeably engage key partners to present a value proposition;
  • The ability to effectively manage assigned accounts in terms of driving utilization, customer relationship management, problem resolution, business planning, successfully managing a budget and utilizing an expense reporting system.

Qualifications

  • Physical, cognitive, and environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this Sales position;
  • Ability to travel up to 80% of the time;
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation;
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.

Benefits

  • Total Target Earnings is composed of base salary + target incentive. At 85% to 120% performance achievement, the Target Earning potential is $182,750 to $330,000 annually, plus company fleet/car.

Total compensation may be higher or lower dependent upon individual performance.

Schedule

This role is a field role. Office-based teams work in-person at least 3 days per week. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.
