Sr. Manager, Debit Horizontal Management (Hybrid)

About the role

The Enterprise Payments (EP) Debit Operations team within the Retail Bank is seeking a proactive Senior Manager to lead the Debit Horizontal Management function. This role encompasses strategy, operations, and risk management for Debit payment types.

Responsibilities

• Leverage problem-solving and influencing skills to collaborate across teams and develop resolutions to Debit-related events.

• Drive disciplined execution and continuous improvement across processes, controls, and operational practices to deliver consistent outcomes.

• Identify opportunities to streamline current monitoring processes.

• Manage and influence third-party relationships with sound judgment and persistent drive.

• Ensure Debit payment issues are identified and documented, and escalate major risks to Senior Management when necessary.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent military experience.

• At least 3 years of people management experience.

• At least 5 years of process management experience.

• At least 3 years of experience supporting, partnering, and interacting with internal and external business clients.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s Degree.

• At least 5 years of experience with multiple payment types.

• At least 5 years of experience in risk, compliance, or audit.

• At least 6 years of process management experience leading cross-functional programs.

Pay

Salaries for this role vary by location, ranging from $149,000 - $187,100 annually.

Schedule

This role is hybrid, requiring 3 days of in-office work and 2 days of remote work per week.
