Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 4+ years of progressive HR experience, including payroll, benefits, and employee relations.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
- Strong knowledge of HRIS systems; UKG preferred.
Responsibilities
- Administer payroll and HR systems by maintaining accurate employee records, processing payroll changes, and ensuring timely submission across multiple business entities.
- Support recruitment and onboarding by coordinating interviews, maintaining recruitment records, and handling onboarding documentation and HRIS updates.
- Manage compensation and benefits programs including employee enrollments, insurance coordination, invoice processing, and supporting benefits implementation and renewals.
- Provide employee relations support by responding to HR inquiries, ensuring compliance with employment laws, and handling interactions with external agencies and benefits providers.
- Cook up training and perform general HR administration including organizing trainings, maintaining employee files, preparing correspondence, supporting audits, and handling ACA reporting requirements.
Starting compensation $70,000 - $80,000 depending on experience. Hybrid work schedule available after training.
