Responsibilities
- Aid in the execution of the Project Nova staffing plan, overseeing high-volume processing of internal transfers, external hires, and consultants.
- Ensure meeting of critical talent objectives by tracking analytics and continuously seeking process improvements.
- Elevate the employee experience by designing and managing seamless onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Support the execution of change management strategies to ensure a smooth transition for all employees.
- Maintain and analyze the Nova Pulse dashboard, tracking key metrics and translating data trends into actionable insights.
- Utilize AI and advanced technologies to streamline HR workflows, enhance process efficiencies, and provide data-driven solutions.
- Coordinate and execute key HR programs such as employee engagement initiatives, team-building sessions, talent reviews, and performance calibration cycles.
- Create high-quality reports, presentations, and documentation using PowerPoint, Excel, and productivity tools.
- Serve as a key resource for Project Nova employees, supporting them throughout their journey at Quest and translating HR policies into practical solutions.
- Work with vendor partners to optimize services and drive value.
Qualifications
- 2–3 years of professional HR experience in a fast-paced, high-growth, or corporate environment.
- Demonstrated expertise in Microsoft Excel, including proficiency in VLOOKUP, PivotTables, and data analysis.
- A relentless drive for results with a proven ability to manage high-volume operational tasks with exceptional accuracy and ownership.
- Thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced project environment, remaining positive and productive during periods of ambiguity and change.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to draft clear, employee-centric messages and interact professionally with stakeholders.
- The ability to see the story behind data, identify trends, and prepare insightful analysis for leadership.
- A passion for leveraging technology to automate, streamline, and improve HR processes.
