About the role

This role is for a Corporate Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to serve as a strategic advisor to senior business leaders. The HRBP will influence organizational outcomes by designing and executing talent strategies, coaching leaders through complex people decisions, and building high-performing, inclusive teams.

Key job responsibilities

  • Partner with senior leaders to diagnose organizational challenges and co-create people strategies that deliver measurable business outcomes.
  • Drive talent review, succession planning, and leadership development to build a diverse, high-performing pipeline.
  • Advise on organizational design, team structure, role clarity, and change management to support business scaling and transformation.
  • Coach managers on performance differentiation, development planning, and navigating difficult conversations to raise the talent bar.
  • Champion employee engagement, inclusion, and culture initiatives aligned with Leadership Principles.
  • Leverage workforce analytics to inform headcount planning, attrition strategies, and resource allocation decisions.
  • Act as a change agent, proactively identifying risks and opportunities within the supported organization.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field
  • 5+ years of HR generalist, management, or business partner role experience
  • Experience working with, presenting to and influencing senior executives up to VP level
  • Experience in problem solving and data analytics

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree in HR Management, Organizational Development, Business Administration or related fields
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, rapidly changing operations environment
  • Experience leading complex programs with significant change impact across organizational boundaries
  • PHR, GPHR, or SPHR, or 1+ years of HR experience
  • Experience using analytical tools for workforce metrics and reporting
  • Experience in managing multiple, competing priorities simultaneously

Pay

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.

USA, TX, Austin - 130,000.00 - 175,900.00 USD annually

USA, WA, Seattle - 130,000.00 - 175,900.00 USD annually
