Key job responsibilities
- Identify opportunities to improve the GTM approach and drive execute programs/ initiatives to address the same, driving clarity on roles and responsibilities and commitments across teams.
- Facilitate challenging conversations between teams to align on the optimal internal and external GTM experience.
- Define success metrics and establish mechanisms to inspect results for the programs/ initiatives implemented.
- Drive change management programs (eLearnings, ongoing internal communications, updating GTM wiki, etc) to ensure awareness and adoption of the GTM process.
- Own the GTM Survey to measure effectiveness of GTM implementation, and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Present ideas to Director level leaders in the form of high quality written documents.
- Own and manage leadership reporting mechanisms for the team (WBRs, QBRs, etc).
Basic Qualifications
- 6+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
- Experience communicating results to senior leadership
- Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs
- Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
- Bachelor's degree
Preferred Qualifications
- 2+ years of change management experience
- 4+ years of marketing, brand advertising, media sales or online advertising work and close work with senior advertisers and agency stakeholders experience
- 4+ years experience in Product Marketing, or managing GTM process, or Strategy & Operations in marketing/ sales teams
