What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead and optimize Amazon search campaigns and other retail media strategies
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform client strategy
- Analyze campaign data to create clear, actionable recommendations
- Leverage AI tools and delegate resources to improve performance and workflow
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices, and own SME-level expertise in up to three advertising functions
- Collaborate cross-functionally and communicate directly with clients
What You Bring
- 5+ years experience in digital marketing (agency experience preferred)
- Advanced hands-on experience with Amazon Ad Console and 3rd-party platforms
- Proven leadership in campaign strategy and team mentorship (including junior team members)
- Strong analytical skills with Excel/Google Sheets proficiency
- Detail-oriented with excellent organization and time management skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)

Compensation
Ranges from $90,000 to $120,000 per year, DOE
