Sr. Advertising Strategist (Amazon Marketplace)
What You’ll Be Doing
Lead and optimize Amazon search campaigns and other retail media strategies
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform client strategy
Analyze campaign data to create clear, actionable recommendations
Leverage AI tools and delegate resources to improve performance and workflow
Stay current on industry trends and best practices, and own SME-level expertise in up to three advertising functions
Collaborate cross-functionally and communicate directly with clients
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in digital marketing (agency experience preferred)
- Advanced hands-on experience with Amazon Ad Console and 3rd-party platforms
- Proven leadership in campaign strategy and team mentorship (including junior team members)
- Strong analytical skills with Excel/Google Sheets proficiency
- Detail-oriented with excellent organization and time management skills
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)

- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
- Experience with Google Analytics and other digital analytics tools
- Knowledge of SEO and SEM principles
