Sr. Amazon Ads Account Manager
Role Overview
We're seeking a Senior Ads Account Manager to lead Amazon advertising initiatives for our diverse client portfolio. This role involves owning and managing the strategy, taking a hands-on approach to campaign management, analyzing performance data, and collaborating with internal teams.
How You’ll Make An Impact
- Own and manage the end-to-end advertising strategy across Amazon Search and Amazon DSP for a diverse client portfolio
- Take a hands-on approach to campaign management — building, optimizing, and scaling initiatives to exceed KPIs
- Analyze performance data to uncover insights, guide strategic pivots, and drive continuous improvement
- Lead client calls and strategy sessions, serving as a trusted partner and growth advisor
- Stay ahead of Amazon's evolving ad ecosystem, including beta programs, policy changes, and new platform features
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure cohesive alignment between advertising, branding, and retail strategy
- Mentor junior team members, sharing expertise and helping elevate team processes and performance
- Keep clients informed on new Amazon tools and opportunities that can unlock additional growth
What Sets You Apart
- 3–5+ years of experience in Amazon Advertising (Search & DSP)
- 2+ years of agency experience, managing multiple client accounts
- Expert in Amazon Ads Console, DSP, and analytics tools like Pacvue or Perpetua
- Proven success improving ROAS, driving revenue growth, and surpassing performance goals
- Amazon Ads and DSP Certifications preferred
- Strategic yet hands-on, always willing to roll up your sleeves to deliver results
- Data-driven and curious, constantly testing, learning, and optimizing
- A clear, confident communicator who thrives in client-facing roles and challenging situations
