Sr Corporate Financial Systems Analyst

Under limited supervision, designs, develops, and implements enterprise back-office financial systems, including systems supporting human resources, finance, payroll, accounting, and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead project teams, develop project plans, and maintain project budgets.
• Conduct technical research and document business requirements for existing and proposed enterprise-wide systems and databases.
• Communicate governance and support policies to all levels of management.
• Develop and present executive-level communications.
• Monitor the effectiveness of system controls, identify process improvements, and communicate recommendations.
• Mentor less senior staff.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in business, accounting, information technology, or a related field.
• Five (5) years of experience in financial systems analysis, planning, accounting, audit, or operational analysis. A related advanced degree may offset experience requirements.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with business software, multidimensional databases, web technologies, and scripting languages in a business environment.
• Quantitative business problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
• Strong organizational, time management, and planning/project skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, including written and oral communication.

Preferred Qualifications

• Proven experience with ERP platforms (e.g., Oracle, SAP), including P2P, R2R, Tax, and period-end accounting close.
• Familiarity with integration tools, including APIs, REST, SOA, FTP, and EDI processes for data connectivity and automation.
• Understanding of governance, compliance standards, and audit readiness requirements.
• Experience evaluating trade-offs involving customization, integration complexity, release cycles, and system standardization.

Pay

• Memphis, TN: Minimum $6,511.62, Midpoint $8,627.89, Maximum $10,744.16.
• Plano, TX and Pittsburgh, PA: Minimum $6,854.33, Midpoint $9,081.99, Maximum $11,309.65.

Schedule

This is a hybrid position. Candidates must live within 50 miles of the campus location. Employees will be required to work at the FedEx campus location several times per week. Desired locations: Memphis, TN, Plano, TX, and Pittsburgh, PA.
