Sr. Account Executive, US FSI Payments
About the role
We are looking for a talented individual who would like to be part of an organization driving hyper-growth and helping existing AWS customers operate on AWS and innovate on our platform. Do you have the business savvy to work with a cross-functional team that includes specialists, solution architects, and product and partner teams to deliver business growth for AWS and our Payments customers?
Responsibilities
- Create and execute the account strategy
- Lead the extended team to achieve customer growth targets
- Build and nurture senior level relationships with complex customers
- Develop new opportunities and public cloud technical acumen
- Lead a large team of extended resources
Requirements
- Extensive track record of building and nurturing senior level relationships with complex customers
- A hands-on approach to developing new opportunities
- Public cloud technical acumen
- Leadership experience in managing a large team of extended resources
Qualifications
- 5+ years of sales experience
- Bachelor's degree, or BS degree preferred
Skills
- Strong creative systems thinking and visioning skills
- Ability to collaborate with an extended team to address customer needs
- Experience selling at the most senior level (C-level) within the account
- Strategic planning and execution capabilities
- Ability to balance customer needs with AWS business needs
