About the Role

You'll work with the leading minds of corporate governance to help them bring positive change to the businesses and communities they serve.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with corporate governance leaders to identify and implement strategies for positive change
• Support the development and execution of initiatives aimed at enhancing corporate governance practices
• Engage with diverse stakeholders to gather insights and feedback on governance issues
• Provide guidance and expertise to enhance the effectiveness of corporate governance practices

Requirements

• Proven experience in corporate governance or related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Knowledge of current trends and best practices in corporate governance

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, Public Policy, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience
• Experience working with corporate boards and committees
