MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• Current license in the State of Oklahoma in good standing
• Experience In Long-term Healthcare
• PREFERRED: Strong communication and interpersonal skills needed, both verbal and written documentation

POSITION DUTIES

• Responsible for performing evaluations of communication skills and swallowing functions
• Provide treatment plans that allow your patients to reach their maximum communication and swallowing potential
• Work with other therapists and nursing staff to help provide a cohesive quality of care between the clinical needs and therapy needs
• Be able to educate patients and care givers to be able to success at home after discharge from facility
• Provide quality documentation as required
