SLP - Speech Therapist

Job Responsibilities

• Perform patient assessments to determine care appropriateness and develop care plans.
• Maintain a safe environment and assess for clinical risks.
• Implement treatment programs to achieve goals and restore function.
• Use age-appropriate teaching methods and document patient education.
• Ensure compliance with agency policies and regulatory requirements.
• Assist with agency growth and provide orientation to new employees.

Requirements

• Minimum of one year of experience in acute, subacute, or home care settings.
• Good customer service and communication skills.
• Graduate of an accredited speech and language program with a Master’s degree.
• Current NJ ST License.
