Speech Therapist - SLP

About the role

We are seeking a part-time Speech Language Pathologist to provide outpatient rehabilitation services in patients' homes or assisted living facilities.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat communication and swallowing disorders
• Develop personalized care plans and direct therapeutic activities to improve patient outcomes
• Supervise support personnel
• Adhere to treatment schedules and document clinical activities
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and physicians
• Evaluate patients and recommend appropriate interventions
• Coordinate adaptive communication devices
• Ensure a safe, compassionate environment for patients

Requirements

• Valid state licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist
• Reliable transportation
