Responsibilities

• Perform evaluations of communication skills and swallowing functions.
• Provide treatment plans that allow patients to reach their maximum communication and swallowing potential.
• Collaborate with other therapists and nursing staff to ensure cohesive quality of care between clinical needs and therapy needs.
• Educate patients and caregivers to support success at home after discharge from the facility.
• Provide quality documentation as required.

Minimum Qualifications

• Current license in the State of Oklahoma in good standing.
• Experience in long-term healthcare preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written documentation.
