Role Overview: The Speech Therapist in Home Health assesses, evaluates, and treats patients with speech, language, swallowing, and cognitive impairments to improve their communication and overall well-being. They develop and implement individualized treatment plans, monitor patient progress, and collaborate with healthcare team members.
