About the role
We are seeking a Speech Therapist to provide therapy services to clients, evaluate progress, and develop treatment plans based on physician orders.
Responsibilities
- Evaluating clients and formulating effective treatment plans
- Initiating treatments and communicating progress to physicians
- Maintaining proper documentation compliant with regulations
- Performing duties or assignments as directed by leadership
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field
- Valid license in Speech Pathology or actively accumulating required experience
- Registration with relevant health department or eligibility
- Preferred membership in Speech Language Hearing Association
Skills
- Ability to work independently within the department
- Strong communication skills for collaborating with families and healthcare team
- Experience working with individuals with neurological disorders is advantageous
- Interest in geriatric rehabilitation
