Provide PRN speech therapy services in patients' homes, focusing on assessing and treating speech, language, swallowing, and cognitive disorders.

Responsibilities
- Evaluate patient function related to speech, language, swallowing, and cognitive disorders.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with healthcare teams.
- Monitor patient progress and document responses to treatment.
- Educate patients, families, and caregivers on therapy techniques and home programs.
Requirements
- State licensure in Speech Therapy.
- Current CPR certification.
- Reliable transportation.
