About the Role
Provide personalized speech, voice, language, hearing, and swallowing therapy to patients in their homes or facilities.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans
- Administer diagnostic tests and document patient progress
- Instruct patients and families on communication strategies
- Coordinate care with other healthcare professionals
- Deliver therapeutic services and participate in care planning
- Monitor patient progress and maintain accurate documentation
- Contribute to team development and ensure compliance with professional standards
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to professional conduct standards
Requirements
- Certification of Clinical Competence in Speech Language Pathology or Audiology (ASHA)
- Minimum six months of relevant experience; home health experience preferred
- Current, unrestricted license and CPR certification
- Valid driver’s license, insurance, and reliable transportation

- Strong organizational and communication skills
Pay
Competitive pay per visit/unit, with an annual base salary range of $85,400 to $117,500.
