Speech Therapist - PRN

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Speech Therapist to provide pediatric therapy in clients' homes. Responsibilities include evaluation, treatment planning, and documentation in accordance with physician orders and regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

• Assess clients and develop individualized treatment plans
• Initiate and implement speech therapy interventions
• Communicate progress to families and healthcare teams
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation

Requirements

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Valid state licensure in Speech-Language Pathology
• Certification or eligibility with relevant professional associations (e.g., ASHA)

Skills

• Strong communication and documentation abilities
• Ability to independently evaluate and reason clinically
• Experience with neurological disorders in children and adults preferred
• Proficiency with computers and augmentative communication devices
• Interest in geriatric rehabilitation is a plus
