Speech Therapist - Per Diem

Responsibilities

• Assess, evaluate, and develop treatment plans for patients with speech, language, swallowing, and cognitive impairments.
• Perform interventions to improve communication and functional abilities.
• Coordinate with healthcare team and assist in developing therapy plans.
• Monitor, record, and report patient progress and responses to treatment.
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers on therapy techniques and participation.
• Provide compliant speech therapy services within legal scope.
• Conduct functional assessments and treat communication and swallowing disorders.
• Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure optimal patient participation and progress.

Requirements

• Licensed in Speech Therapy in the relevant state.
• Current CPR certification.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, or access to public transit.
