Responsibilities

• Conducting patient assessments and developing treatment plans in collaboration with healthcare team members
• Implementing interventions to improve communication and functional abilities
• Monitoring, documenting, and reporting patient progress and responses to treatment
• Educating patients, families, and caregivers on therapy techniques and participation
• Providing care in diverse home environments, adhering to state practice laws and standards

Requirements

• Licensed in Speech Therapy within the applicable state
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, or access to public transit

Preferred Skills and Certifications

• Current CPR certification or ability to obtain within 90 days
• Availability for weekend rotations

Pay

Competitive hourly pay ranging from $43.60 to $65.40, based on experience and full-time equivalency.
