Speech Therapist - Per Diem

Role: Performs objective assessments and develops comprehensive individualized treatment programs for patients in accordance with departmental policies and referral procedures. Qualifications: Master's Degree in Speech/Language Pathology, current or provisional licensure, and certification from the American Speech and Hearing Association within one year of hire. BLS certification is required, and candidates must be able to respond to emergency situations. Preferred candidates have at least one year of experience, ideally with patients of all ages. Responsibilities: Conduct assessments, create treatment plans, and provide patient care, ensuring compliance with policies and safety standards. Skills: Strong clinical assessment skills, ability to respond to emergencies, and effective communication. Must be able to work collaboratively within a team.
