Speech Pathologist - Full Time, Day Shift

About the role

Provide in-home speech therapy services to patients with speech, language, or swallowing disorders.

Responsibilities

  • Assess and document patient progress, care needs, interventions, and outcomes.
  • Identify changes and trends in physical and emotional parameters.
  • Review and modify treatment plans; develop new programs as needed.
  • Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with legal and organizational policies.
  • Instruct patients on monitoring speech and practicing new skills.
  • Perform additional related duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Master's Degree or foreign equivalent in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • State licensure as a Speech Pathologist.
  • CPR/BLS certification from an approved vendor.
  • Valid Driver's License; minimum age of 21.

Qualifications

ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (preferred).

  • Ability to identify trends and adapt treatment plans.
  • Excellent communication and patient instruction abilities.
  • Commitment to safety and organizational policies, including vaccination requirements.
