About the role
Provide in-home speech therapy services to patients with speech, language, or swallowing disorders.
Responsibilities
- Assess and document patient progress, care needs, interventions, and outcomes.
- Identify changes and trends in physical and emotional parameters.
- Review and modify treatment plans; develop new programs as needed.
- Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with legal and organizational policies.
- Instruct patients on monitoring speech and practicing new skills.
- Perform additional related duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Master's Degree or foreign equivalent in Speech-Language Pathology.
- State licensure as a Speech Pathologist.
- CPR/BLS certification from an approved vendor.
- Valid Driver's License; minimum age of 21.
Qualifications
ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (preferred).

- Commitment to safety and organizational policies, including vaccination requirements.
