Speech Pathologist - Full-time, Day shift

Role Overview Provides clinical services related to communication disorders, including evaluation and treatment of speech, language, cognition, swallowing, voice, and non-speech communication. Plans and implements individual and group therapy, offers education and training, and collaborates with physicians and healthcare professionals. Serves as a technical specialist, mentors staff, and models best practices. Qualifications & Skills Master's Degree or equivalent required.State licensure as a Speech Pathologist required.BLS/CPR certification mandatory; ASHA CCC preferred.Experience in clinical evaluation and therapy planning preferred. Key Duties Completes accurate clinical documentation and assessments.Develops individualized treatment and discharge plans.Performs therapy interventions using established protocols.Communicates effectively with team members and patients.Contributes to department standards, training, and special projects. Additional Requirements Adheres to safety and vaccination policies.Participates in ongoing training and meets performance standards.
