Speech Pathologist - Full Time, Day Shift

About the role

We are seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to provide comprehensive speech therapy services to patients with speech, language, or swallowing disorders.

Responsibilities

• Assessing, documenting, and monitoring patient progress, care needs, and therapy outcomes.
• Identifying changes in physical and emotional parameters to inform treatment plans.
• Reviewing and modifying individual therapy programs to optimize patient recovery.
• Educating patients on monitoring speech and practicing new skills.
• Maintaining accurate documentation in compliance with legal and organizational standards.
• Performing additional job-related duties as assigned.

Qualifications and skills

• Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology or equivalent.
• State licensure as a Speech Pathologist.
• CPR or BLS certification from an approved provider.
• Valid driver's license and minimum age of 21.
• Preferred: ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC).
